Common questions

Who supplies the alcohol?

You do. Mixed Michigan Mobile does not purchase, bring, or remove alcohol. The Pop-up Bar and upcoming Trailer packages include a personalized alcohol shopping list. Bring coolers for any chilled alcohol you plan to take home.

Where do you travel?

We serve Southeast Michigan and surrounding areas. Travel up to 60 miles from ZIP code 48507 is included, then $5/mile. Share your venue so we can confirm the travel charge in your quote.

How do I book?

Send your event details to us to confirm availability and your quote. A 50% deposit reserves the date, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before the event. Full payment is required before service. Contacting us does not reserve your date.

What is the deposit policy?

Deposits are nonrefundable. Contact us to discuss transferring a deposit to a different date and confirm the conditions before booking.

What does the venue need to provide?

A covered work area, such as a tent, must be provided by the client or venue. If using rented glassware, arrange enough glasses or a dishwasher on staff. Provide staff meals when food is served, and confirm where trash and recycling should be left; staff do not take it away.

Will there be a tip jar?

Bartenders bring a tip jar. A 20% service fee applies if you request that no tip jar be displayed.
